Dr. Maximilian Döbler

In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Maximilian Döbler provides overall strategic and operational leadership for HMNC Brain Health, driving the company’s vision, growth strategy, and long-term value creation. He is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s corporate and business development strategy, including strategic partnerships, collaborations, and potential transactions. With a strong focus on advancing HMNC Brain Health’s mission, he leads efforts to build a sustainable and differentiated company that delivers meaningful value to patients, partners, and shareholders. In addition, Maximilian ensures a consistent corporate positioning and clear communication of its vision, strategy, and achievements to key stakeholders.

Having received his Doctor of Laws at the University of Salzburg in Austria, Maximilian started his career as a management consultant at KPMG, one of the leading consulting and auditing firms, where he was part of various projects for healthcare, industrial, and commercial companies.

After four years in consulting, Maximilian joined the Maschmeyer Group as Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Maschmeyer Group is a renowned family office with the business divisions venture capital, asset management, and real estate, based in Munich, Berlin, and San Francisco. During his time at the firm, his responsibilities included managing portfolio companies and external business partners, due diligence of potential investments, and interfacing between Carsten Maschmeyer and employees of the Maschmeyer Group as well as portfolio companies. He was also assuming co-responsibility for fundraising and investor relations for the major venture capital fund of the Group.
